Support

    The ScriptServer support team is located within ScriptServer head office. All ScriptServer personnel are skilled with comprehensive experience and knowledge of ScriptServer Software. The in-house support ensures that development and support hours are used very effectively, keeping the costs at a minimum for our customers.

Requesting support from ScriptServer can be done in two different ways, either the support form or directly from your xPoint installation. The ticket system is the same, but the approaches are different from one another.
 

xPoint

The direct support request requires the customer to have the xPoint platform installed. From here, through the administrative interface, you can report errors and request support easily at any time.
 

Classic or TradePoint.NET

Clients with an installation of Classic or TradePoint.NET are using the support form in order to solve their request at expected level of support. In the support form you are able to describe the error and provide needed info of your installation. The support form is simple and straight forward tool compatible with every ScriptServer Software installation. All support requests will be handled by ScriptServer certified personnel.
