It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion about customers vs. Customization. We would like to try and clear this up! Customization doesn’t have to be something that is just for one customer, for example an integration to different ERP systems or a feature like pulling and cross-referencing data from more than one inventory list.
This means that if you have a customer that needs something specific but they have to work with a tight budget you can put them in touch with other customers who need something similar and that way they are able to share the cost of the customization, which in the worst case scenario will be halved! Also, by combining the needs of more then one customer the chances are the feature will be improved and there by ensuring everyone wins!
