ScriptServer Holding consolidates SE and DK offices
From the 1st of January 2010 ScriptServer Holding will consolidate the offices in ScriptServer International, Helsingborg, Sweden and ScriptServer Solutions A/S, Albertslund, Denmark. The merging of the two offices will gather all existing personnel in our Danish office, centralizing our activities and services from the location in Denmark, Albertslund.
The preparations are now completed in ScriptServer and we are ready to commit the changes to the organization. These changes are made, as we aim to be even better in our daily support of customers and partners – this allows us to focus on optimizing skills and competences, maximizing the productivity and benefiting the end users.
ScriptServer Holding has dismissed Steen Garde; former CEO in ScriptServer Int. with immediate effect. All employees, contracts and agreements related to the ScriptServer Software Platform and associated applications will be transferred from ScriptServer Int.; Sweden to ScriptServer Solutions A/S; Denmark on behalf of ScriptServer Holding.
This new setup ensures that we will meet and exceed the customers and partners expectations to the support, development and services. We hope that you will join us into the next decade, and you are welcome to contact us for further information.
